Hi, My name is Jatin Thakar, and I am a nature/landscape photographer based in Darwin. I have been living in Darwin for the last 4 years and have travelled quite a bit around the territory. Before moving to Darwin, we (my wife and 2 daughters) lived in Sydney for 12 years.

Having grown up at the foothills of a Satpuda national park in India (a national conservation zone for endangered Bengal Tigers), I was fascinated by the wildlife and nature photographers capturing beautiful images of flora and fauna within the park. That passion for capturing the unforgettably beautiful landscape and wildlife came back to me when we moved to Darwin, and there is no looking back ever since.
