About

I was raised in Pihun Island, west of Manus Island Province, one of the Archipelago atolls Island in Manus Island Province. I love seeing nature in detail. My early education was in Pililu SDA Primary School, doing my grade one. I attended Amik Primary School in 2000, doing my Grade 4-8. I went to Papitalai Secondary School in 2005 and 2006, completed my Grade 10, Two years I stayed home, then went to Omora SDA School of Ministry taking Biology level 1 Certificate. I waited 1 more year before attending PNGUNITECH. I recently graduated in 2018 with two Diploma Certificates in ICT major in Sysco Networking (University of Papua New Guinea under Datec New Horizons Courses).

I got involved in Multimedia in 2013 with an association called 'Last Empire Media Production Inc.', focusing mainly on Live Streaming (Simulcasting) and providing Audio to major outdoors Evangelistic meetings, which I found my passion for Video and Photography. Because of my passion and love for creativity, I was appointed as the association Technical Production Directed from 2015 to 2021.

I registered my media company in 2017 without a single Camera on hand. I called my business name 'Soliyan Media Production', which means 'NICE' in my language. Although I learned different courses in my education, I found my love and passion for creating videos and taking photos of people and places around me that can help tell better and more beautiful stories to others. I want to communicate a message from my mind to the viewers through my photograph.
