Leura Cascades is a popular destination nestled in a charming wooded area. It offers visitors an opportunity to view the rapids flowing down from the Bridal Veil Creek falls.

If you love a stroll, be prepared and mark off several walking tracks that can be accessed from here and take you to the top of the Prince Henry Cliff Walk in Leura Cascades or the Leura Forest and the Dardanelles Falls in Katoomba. The last of these is the start of the Leura Cascades Cliff Walk. The picnic grounds are approximately 2.2 km from Leura Railway Station.
